As a Java Trainee, you will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, application design, coding, unit testing, debugging, documentation, and deployment support. Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirement documents, understand technical specifications, and discuss implementation strategies with reporting managers before initiating software development activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related enterprise technologies.
• Build scalable backend modules, REST APIs, business logic, and server-side services that support web and mobile-based enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and integrate backend services with user interfaces built using HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, and related technologies.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure software quality, reliability, and smooth application performance before QA submission.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, development reports, implementation notes, and unit test cases following company documentation standards.
• Use project management and collaboration tools such as GitHub and JIRA to manage development tasks, update progress, record work logs, and coordinate project activities.
• Identify application issues, analyze root causes, recommend process improvements, and implement technical solutions to enhance software quality and system efficiency.
• Coordinate effectively with software developers, QA engineers, project managers, and technical leads to ensure timely project delivery and successful product releases.
• Continuously learn emerging Java technologies, software development methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to improve technical capabilities and contribute to innovation.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related technical discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of software development experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of Core Java, Advanced Java, Collections Framework, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), multithreading, exception handling, and Java programming fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of enterprise Java technologies including Spring Framework, Hibernate, Kafka, Apache Tomcat, and REST API development.
• Basic understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL 8.0, MongoDB, and Cassandra, including database design and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, and XSL for web application development.
• Experience using development environments such as Eclipse, NetBeans, version control systems like GitHub, and project management tools such as JIRA is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, debugging skills, and the ability to solve technical problems efficiently in a collaborative development environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional software development teams.
