Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize unexpected breakdowns. Maintain detailed logs and reports of maintenance work performed.
• Rebuild and refurbish manufacturing equipment when required, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity of machines used in production processes.
• Assist engineers in implementing equipment modifications and upgrades aimed at improving efficiency, safety, and production output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process engineers, quality teams, and production staff to resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Follow strict safety protocols and industry standards while working with high-tech equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Analyze recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements or design changes to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. A strong academic background in core engineering concepts is essential.
• Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems, manufacturing equipment, and industrial processes. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals accurately. This skill is crucial for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Hands-on knowledge of diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance practices used in industrial environments. Practical exposure during internships is beneficial.
