Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop Java-Based Applications
   Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software solutions using Java and J2EE while following organizational architecture, coding, security, and engineering standards.
2. Support Full-Stack Development
   Contribute to frontend and backend development using technologies such as Spring Boot, AngularJS, or React while ensuring applications meet functional and technical requirements.
3. Analyze Technical Requirements
   Gather, understand, question, and document interface and application requirements, ensuring that technical expectations are clearly communicated to development teams.
4. Prepare Solution Designs
   Create analysis and design documentation that clearly explains proposed solutions, technical approaches, interfaces, and implementation considerations for developers and project stakeholders.
5. Develop Database Solutions
   Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries while working with enterprise databases to support application functionality, data processing, reporting, and system integrations.
6. Build Testing Support
   Assist in creating test cases and test harnesses for in-sprint testing, helping development teams identify defects early and improve application quality.
7. Participate in SIT and UAT
   Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities, investigate issues, coordinate fixes, and assist with implementation and deployment requirements.
8. Support DevOps and CI/CD
   Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve automation and delivery efficiency while gaining practical experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Hudson.
9. Manage Source Code and Releases
   Work with version-control technologies such as Git, CVS, or Subversion to manage source code, collaborate with developers, and support structured software delivery processes.
10. Improve Code Quality
    Participate in code reviews, identify opportunities to strengthen development practices, and contribute to initiatives designed to reduce technical debt and improve engineering quality.
11. Use Unix and Shell Scripting
    Apply shell scripting and Unix commands to support application development, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and routine technical activities within enterprise environments.
12. Collaborate Across Global Teams
    Work with project managers, developers, DevOps professionals, and international stakeholders while communicating effectively, sharing ideas, and contributing to Agile delivery.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s or Relevant Qualification
   Candidates should have a BE or equivalent engineering qualification, MCA, or MSc in a relevant technical discipline that provides a strong foundation in software development.
2. 0–2 Years of Experience
   The position is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with approximately 0–2 years of experience in Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, AI, or related software engineering areas.
3. Java and J2EE Knowledge
   Strong foundational knowledge of Java and J2EE is essential, including an understanding of enterprise application development and object-oriented programming concepts.
4. Spring Boot and Frontend Skills
   Familiarity with Spring Boot and at least one frontend technology such as AngularJS or React is valuable for contributing to full-stack application development.
5. PL/SQL and SQL
   Candidates should be comfortable writing SQL queries and have knowledge of PL/SQL for working with databases, data processing, application logic, and enterprise systems.
6. CI/CD and Version Control
