Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and modern software development frameworks while following industry-standard coding practices and organizational guidelines.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, application design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-release maintenance activities.
• Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code that meets project requirements while ensuring optimal application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with senior software engineers, technical architects, and project managers to understand business requirements and convert them into efficient software solutions.
• Debug application issues, identify root causes of software defects, and implement effective solutions to improve application stability and overall system performance.
• Implement data structures and algorithms effectively to solve complex programming challenges while optimizing application speed, memory usage, and computational efficiency.
• Participate in peer code reviews to improve software quality, maintain coding standards, and gain valuable technical feedback from experienced development professionals.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects before production deployment, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Learn and implement Spring Framework, Batch Processing, backend development concepts, and other enterprise technologies required for successful project execution.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming practices, development tools, and software engineering trends to continuously improve technical capabilities and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. MCA graduates with strong programming knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who possess excellent programming fundamentals and a genuine passion for software development.
• Strong understanding of Java programming language, object-oriented programming principles, exception handling, collections, multithreading basics, and core Java concepts.
• Familiarity with Spring Framework and Batch Processing concepts is preferred. Candidates with academic or project experience in these technologies will have an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms with the ability to solve logical and computational problems efficiently using optimized programming techniques.
• Good understanding of database concepts and SQL, including writing basic queries, retrieving data, and understanding relational database management systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, debugging skills, and the ability to solve technical problems independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments, participate in technical discussions, and present ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, software development methodologies, and basic understanding of Agile practices will be considered an added advantage.
• Candidates who have completed personal coding projects, internships, hackathons, competitive programming challenges, or open-source contributions will receive additional preference during the hiring process.
