The Data Analyst role focuses on analyzing business data, identifying trends, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various operational and business functions. Selected candidates will work on projects related to customer analytics, operational reporting, performance measurement, business intelligence, and strategic analysis. The role provides practical exposure to large-scale datasets, reporting tools, analytical methodologies, and modern e-commerce business operations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business data and operational metrics to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision-making processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for strategic and operational initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs), customer behavior, and business performance metrics.
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, organizing, and validating large datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and performance improvement areas.
- Support business intelligence and reporting processes using analytical tools, spreadsheets, and data visualization platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from operations, product, marketing, and business teams to provide meaningful analytical recommendations.
- Participate in project discussions, mentorship programs, and learning sessions designed to strengthen analytical and professional skills.
- Document analytical methodologies, reporting structures, and project findings for operational transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance.
- Develop strong understanding of e-commerce operations, customer analytics, and fashion retail business processes during the program.
- Engage actively in training programs, on-the-job learning opportunities, and inclusive workplace initiatives within the organization.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1β2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or analytical support roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret business data and generate meaningful insights.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts, reporting methodologies, and business intelligence processes.
- Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or related data analysis tools used for reporting and data management.
- Understanding of dashboards, KPIs, data visualization techniques, and business reporting frameworks is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy while handling datasets and reporting activities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, analytical tools, and e-commerce business processes in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working in collaborative team settings with openness toward continuous learning and professional development.
- Candidates with exposure to e-commerce analytics, customer insights, or business operations will have an added advantage.
