Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional departments on strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and organizational projects.
• Participate in internal projects aligned with Wipro’s strategic partners while gaining practical exposure to enterprise business operations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans, recommendations, and project deliverables.
• Support project teams in researching emerging technology trends, market developments, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Attend meetings with senior leaders, stakeholders, and partner teams to understand business objectives and project priorities.
• Contribute to presentations, documentation, reports, and project updates for internal business and transformation initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to solve business challenges and support operational improvement activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, strategic discussions, and innovation-driven initiatives within the organization.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities, ownership, and confidence while working in dynamic team-oriented environments.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with global teams and business stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of business operations, project management concepts, and digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural team environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies, enterprise processes, consulting methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, self-confidence, adaptability, and a proactive learning mindset in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in fast-paced professional environments.
• Interest in technology consulting, business transformation, enterprise strategy, and organizational development is highly preferred.
