Roles & Responsibilities:
β’ Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives to improve workforce capability and operational performance.
β’ Coordinate with managers, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of employee development and skill enhancement programs.
β’ Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees by helping them understand organizational policies, expectations, and workflows.
β’ Maintain records of employee training participation, attendance, assessments, and performance metrics for reporting and tracking purposes.
β’ Help identify skill gaps and contribute to capability-building programs that improve employee productivity and overall team performance.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure employees receive relevant learning opportunities aligned with business objectives.
β’ Assist in preparing training materials, internal communication documents, presentations, and employee learning resources when required.
β’ Monitor feedback from employees regarding training effectiveness and contribute ideas to improve development programs.
β’ Ensure compliance with organizational training procedures and maintain proper documentation related to learning and development activities.

Requirements & Eligibility:
β’ Candidates from the 2022β2026 batch with a bachelorβs degree in business, management, HR, commerce, arts, science, or related disciplines are eligible.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with employees, trainers, and internal stakeholders effectively.
β’ Good organizational and time management abilities are important for coordinating training schedules and capability development initiatives.
β’ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication platforms is preferred.
β’ Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail for maintaining records, training documentation, and employee performance reports.
β’ Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new processes are valuable for supporting employee development programs.
β’ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to business success.
