Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist customers professionally by understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products effectively during sales interactions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of seasonal collections, product features, promotions, and brand offerings to provide accurate product information to customers.
• Execute brand customer service standards consistently to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall in-store experience.
• Support visual merchandising activities by maintaining attractive product displays, organized shelves, and proper in-store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish stock regularly to ensure product availability across all sales floor sections.
• Handle billing operations, cash register transactions, and payment processing accurately while maintaining speed and attention to detail.
• Monitor stockroom and sales floor inventory to minimize product loss, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient store operations.
• Follow all organizational policies, safety procedures, operational guidelines, and retail compliance standards while performing assigned responsibilities.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members, supervisors, and store management to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching programs, and learning initiatives to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
• Support day-to-day retail store activities including housekeeping, stock organization, customer assistance, and operational coordination during busy periods.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidates must have completed at least high school education or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience of around 6 months in retail, fashion, sportswear, customer service, or commercial-focused environments will be preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers in a professional and friendly manner are essential.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills are required for handling billing activities, inventory tracking, and cash register operations accurately.
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships and improve brand loyalty.
• Passion for fashion, sportswear, retail trends, and customer engagement will be considered an added advantage for this role.
