Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/JEE technologies while ensuring application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Support application development activities using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Node.js, and related web technologies.
• Implement transaction management systems, enterprise integrations, and backend services to ensure seamless functionality across enterprise applications.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirement analysis, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
• Utilize DevOps methodologies and automation tools to improve application deployment processes, operational efficiency, and system reliability.
• Develop and integrate enterprise systems while ensuring secure data exchange, performance optimization, and efficient application workflows.
• Work on testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality software standards.
• Apply modern software engineering practices such as dependency injection, functional programming, inversion of control, and test-driven development techniques.
• Contribute to cloud and hybrid infrastructure projects while gaining exposure to AI technologies, enterprise cloud solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and development records while maintaining coding standards and process compliance.
• Continuously upgrade technical skills by learning new tools, frameworks, programming languages, and emerging enterprise technologies.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, M.Tech, ME, MCA, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical specializations.
• Eligible candidates should belong to graduation batches 2024 or 2025 with a minimum academic score of 6 CGPA or 60% throughout their education.
• Applicants must have strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, C++, Node.js, or other relevant programming languages used in software development.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts, object-oriented programming principles, and application development methodologies is essential.
• Candidates should have knowledge of operating systems, data structures, algorithms, databases, and web technologies related to enterprise application development.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, cloud computing, enterprise integration, and software testing methodologies will be considered an added advantage.
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Ruby or Groovy and understanding of data access frameworks or batch processing concepts is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration with clients, development teams, and global stakeholders.
• Candidates should not have any active backlogs at the time of application or joining and must have completed their degree before employment begins.
• Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are highly valued for succeeding in IBM’s collaborative work environment.
