Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for cloud-based applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Build and enhance full-stack components, ensuring seamless integration across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop high-performance and secure systems capable of handling large-scale data and user traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas and technologies.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvements.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Analyze system dependencies and architecture to design efficient and maintainable solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to advancing cloud and distributed systems.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
• Basic to intermediate experience in software development, including internships or projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or similar) and distributed systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving engineering environments.
