Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test automation strategies, frameworks, and scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify areas for automation.
• Perform manual testing alongside automation to ensure complete test coverage across applications.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues with detailed documentation and root cause analysis.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization to align with project timelines.
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and improve software quality.
• Conduct performance testing and benchmarking to evaluate system performance and scalability.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes for efficiency and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in software development or QA, with a strong focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and test strategies.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of performance testing, system integration, and advanced testing techniques is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
