Roles & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and basic network components.

• Support the documentation and modeling of user and business requirements to ensure project clarity and alignment.

• Assist with program installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across different platforms and environments.

• Develop a foundational understanding of GUI and UX design principles to support user-friendly software solutions.

• Provide support for general IT support activities, ensuring smooth operation of technical systems when required.

• Participate in action planning for assigned tasks, project milestones, and personal development goals.

• Continuously improve digital literacy and technical awareness relevant to the financial technology industry.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong interest in software development, technology, and the banking or financial services domain.

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and application development concepts.

• Familiarity with compiling, decompiling code, and basic versioning practices.

• Fundamental knowledge of computer system configuration and program installation processes.

• Awareness of IT testing and assessment methodologies is desirable.

• Understanding of GUI and UX design principles is considered an added advantage.

• Exposure to portal server configuration, WAN switching, or firmware concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong digital literacy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently when required.
