Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced statistical and predictive models to analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights for client decision-making.

• Apply analytical techniques to interpret large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators that support business strategy development.

• Design and execute custom data analysis using tools such as R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel to address client-specific business challenges.

• Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to understand project objectives, translate requirements into analytics solutions, and deliver high-impact results.

• Prepare and present analytical findings through reports, dashboards, and client presentations using both written and verbal communication skills.

• Build and maintain client relationships by serving as a key point of contact for project-related analytics tasks and deliverables.

• Track project progress, provide status updates to clients and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.

• Create project deliverables, including analytical models, data visualizations, performance reports, and decision-support tools.

• Mentor and guide junior team members and associates by providing technical support, knowledge sharing, and training.

• Contribute to enhancing ZS’s analytics capabilities by exploring new tools, methodologies, and best practices in data science and business analytics.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Management Science, Econometrics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in analytics, consulting, data science, or business intelligence roles.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation tasks.

• Experience working with analytics tools and platforms such as SAS, Tableau, Visual Basic, or Excel for data visualization and analysis.

• Exposure to big data platforms, database systems, or Hadoop ecosystem technologies for handling large-scale datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset for delivering accurate and reliable analytics solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills.

• High motivation, teamwork orientation, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a client-focused approach to problem-solving.

Expected Salary:
