Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions using Python to support engineering and business applications. Ensure that the developed solutions meet performance, scalability, and accuracy requirements.

• Work with advanced Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and LLaMA to build intelligent and automated systems. Assist in integrating these models into enterprise-level applications and platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services that support AI workflows, ensuring smooth communication between AI models, databases, and applications.

• Perform data preprocessing tasks including cleaning, transforming, and structuring large datasets to prepare them for machine learning model training and evaluation.

• Support model training, fine-tuning, testing, and performance evaluation to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI-driven solutions.

• Integrate AI APIs, SDKs, and third-party AI services into existing products and platforms while maintaining performance optimization and system stability.

• Build scalable machine learning pipelines and automate workflows for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and software development teams to implement innovative AI features and enhance system capabilities.

• Participate in documentation, code reviews, and testing processes to ensure high-quality software development standards and maintainable code.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Python development to contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field from a recognized institution. Strong academic fundamentals in programming and algorithms are preferred.

• Basic to intermediate experience in Python programming with knowledge of writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for AI and backend development.

• Understanding of Generative AI concepts such as text generation, image generation, and code generation models, including their real-world applications.

• Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Azure OpenAI for developing intelligent automation and AI-based features.

• Strong knowledge of data processing and manipulation using Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy for handling large datasets and preparing data for modeling.

• Basic understanding of REST API integration and web services for connecting AI applications with backend systems and third-party tools.

• Awareness of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their role in deploying and scaling AI solutions.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks in a dynamic environment.

• Good communication skills and teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and development teams.
